MacLachlin Bay

MacLachlan Crescent honours the first woman to be appointed judge of the Regina Juvenile Court and Justice of the Peace, Ethel Jean MacLachlan. She was appointed in 1917. MacLachlan served for 15 years as honorary secretary-treasurer of the Canadian Association for Child Protection Officers.
