Neal Bay

Neal Bay is named after May Whiteford Neal. She was a freelance writer who has written historical, factual and children’s articles and features as well as radio scripts and was the editor of “Regina 1903-1953” published by the Regina Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the Regina Business and Professional Women’s Club and the Rosicrucian Order.
