Haunted Places: Science Centre

The Regina Science Centre has been home to a few spooky occurrences. People have heard a disembodied male voice call out for help, and a little boy wearing a conductor's hat is known for joining in on children's classes and disappears when he is approached. One worker actually finds the IMAX side of the centre more haunted than the older part of the building. The employee has seen a figure in the mezzanine level of the IMAX multiple times, to turn to talk to them and nobody is there. Another time the employee was sweeping the theatre and she saw someone walking up the stairs, and started talking to them to tell them the theatre was closed, but when she looked up there was nobody there. The employees creepiest experience was closing on a late shift after 2am. She said goodbye to the projectionist and the doors locked behind him, leaving only her and the supervisor left in the building. They finished cleaning up the theatre and switched the lights off near the front screen, leaving them in a pitch black theatre where they used their flashlights to guide their way out. They were getting ready to leave and she went to grab her bag from the staff room, and as she walked past the projection room she could see through the window that the lights in the theatre were back on. She went down to the supervisor, who denied turning the lights back on, which resulted in them looking through the whole IMAX to see if someone was there. Nobody was there. Others have seen figures in doorways as well as curious happenings with the box office phone.
